This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a TAG packet with Synchronous Technologies.
This packet authorizes payment of Estimate # 12088, in the amount of $3,882.91, for the
annual renewal of our ArubaCentral subscription. The current renewal term is 11/13/2025 –
11/12/2026.
The ArubaCentral subscription is licensing and support of the wireless access points (AP’s)
providing Wi-Fi to our community centers and parks.
