HomeMy WebLinkAboutC_Renton_Reporter_Publication_180615.pdfNOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW COMMITTEE AND PUBLIC HEARING RENTON, WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT The Environmental Review Committee has issued a Determination of Non-Significance Mitigated (DNS-M) for the following project under the authority of the Renton municipal code. Weatherly Inn LUA18-000011 Location: 18070 Talbot Rd S. The applicant is requesting Hearing Examiner Site Plan Review, Environmental (SEPA) Review, and one modification for a proposed assisted living and memory care facility located at the 4500 block of Talbot Rd. S. (APNs 312305-9094 and 312305-9067). Appeals of the DNS-M must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on June 29, 2018. Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner c/o City Clerk, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Hearing Examiner are governed by RMC 4-8-110 and more information may be obtained from the Renton City Clerk's Office, 425-430-6510. A Public Hearing will be held by the Hearing Examiner in the Council Chambers, City Hall, on July 31, 2018 at 11:00 am to consider the submitted application. If the DNS-M is appealed, the appeal will be heard as part of this public hearing. Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing. Publication Date: June 15, 2018
