Section J.1 requires that: “The primary pedestrian entry of the future dwelling on Lot 1 shall face Park Ave N and the primary pedestrian entry of the future dwelling on Lot 2 shall face future Road A. The orientation requirement shall be noted on the face of the final Short Plat.” I respectfully request reconsideration to revise the above condition to allow the primary pedestrian entry of Lot 1 to face either Park AVE N or N 31st ST (future Road A) for the following reasons: 1.
