To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally request reconsideration of the Preliminary Plat Decision dated
November 7, 2025 for the Jones Renton Short Plat – South (File No. LUA25-000111, SHPL-
A, MOD), specifically Condition J.1 of the decision.
Section J.1 requires that:
“The primary pedestrian entry of the future dwelling on Lot 1 shall face Park Ave N and the
primary pedestrian entry of the future dwelling on Lot 2 shall face future Road A. The
orientation requirement shall be noted on the face of the final Short Plat.”
I respectfully request reconsideration to revise the above condition to allow the primary
pedestrian entry of Lot 1 to face either Park AVE N or N 31st ST (future Road A) for the
following reasons:
1. Safety of Pedestrian Egress
This section of Park AVE N is acting a collector road
