Narrative
Suspect(1): Pacific Islander female, 18-20yr of age, unknown clothing
Narrative:
The following incident occurred in the City of Renton, in the County of King in the State of
Washington.
The incident was captured on by body worn camera. The report is a summary of events that occ 4rred
and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.
On 11-14-25 at approximately 195 6hrs, I contacted Kulwinder Kaur in her vehicle, WA license
BRJ6842, at the intersection of 200th and Talbot Rd South. Kaur said she had been stopped for the
stop sign facing south at the intersection. The suspect vehicle, a Toyota Prins, was turning north onto
Talbot from westbound 200th.
The vehicle failed to properly negotiate the curve and struck the driver's door of Kaur's vehicle,
causing minor damage.
The driver of the Prins stopped for a moment, activated their hazard lights and then proceeded tc speed
off to the north on Talbot.
Kaur did not get a license plate and stated she was only about 50150 if she could identify the driN er of
the suspect vehicle.
There was no injury to Kaur.
