On 11/15/2025 at approximately 1720 hours, I was dispatched to the Fred Meyer gas station located at
431 Rainier Ave S in the City of Renton, County of King,State of Washington for a recent hit and run with
no injuries.
I contacted unit 2 driver Hui Qiong Rong(DOB 10/21/1979)who was identified by her WADL. Hui was
driving her white 2021 Mercedez GLE-350(CAL2454/WA)VIN/4JGFB4KB2MA517287.
Unit 2 claimed she was in lane 1 on S 3rd PI waiting to turn south onto Rainier Ave S. While stopped, a gray
Jeep Wrangler(unknown plate) had collided into the back bumper.The damage is estimated to be under
$1000. Unit 1 driver exited the vehicle, and both drivers agreed to pull into the Fred Meyer fuel station to
exchange information. Unit 1 did not stop but continued south on Ranier Ave S.
Unit 2 described unit 1 driver as a 40-50-year-old black female wearing a hat and a gray jacket. Unit 2 stated
she would be able to recognize the driver if found.
While still on the call another female stating her name was Christina Williams (unknown DOB) called dispatch
and claimed she was the victim of a hit and run. Christina stated she was driving a Jeep Wrangler, and the
other vehicle was a white Mercedez.
I attempted to contact Christina by phone, but the number went to voice message 3 times. I left a message
that I was trying to contact her.
I was unable to find a FLOCK hit of the Jeep.
I provided the case number to Hui on my business card.
Unit#1 (SUSPECT)committed one(1)count of Hit-and-Run—Attended by being involved in an accident
with another vehicle,which is attended, and failing to stop and remain at the scene until fulfilling all
statutory duties(provide name, address, insurance company, policy,vehicle license, exhibit driver's
License and render reasonable assistance to any person injured).
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.
