Dear Hector,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on July 8, 2025. During our review, staff has determined that additional information is
necessary in order to proceed further.
The following information will need to be submitted before February 23, 2026 so that we may continue the review of the above subject application:
PLANNING COMMENTS
Architectural Renderings and Environmental Checklist: Ensure that the architectural conceptual renderings provided in your application match the information included in the environmental
checklist. If there are discrepancies between the renderings and the checklist, the environmental checklist will need to be amended to clarify the correct proposed improvements and features.
Site Plan: There appears to be a set of stairs depicted in the architectural renderings that is not shown on the submitted site plan. Please clarify whether these stairs are proposed
as part of the project and update the site plan or application materials as needed to accurately reflect all proposed site features, including impervious surface calculations.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. The maximum time for resubmittal shall be within ninety (90) days of this notice.
