THE CONTRACT IS CHANGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Drinking Fountain leaks quite a bit of water from the stainless-steel panel below the drain as well as the
faucet. Recommend replacing the whole drinking fountain. See Pictures A and B
2. The women’s Lavatory - When pushing the air switch for the lavatory, a substantial stream of water leaks from an
access panel below the lavatory. Appears as if some sort of Vermin got into it. Recommend New Air Control Valve
(ACORN) and plumbing at fixture See Pictures C, D, and F.
3. The Men’s Lavatory - When pushing the air switch for the lavatory, almost no water flow comes out. It seems to
have a blockage between the valve and faucet. Recommend replacing the Air Control Valve currently. See Picture
E.
4. The Access Panels - No key was found to access the access panels; Maintenance Team was called to open the
doors and ended up prying the access doors open. Will need to procure new ones and replace.
