On November 25, 2025, at 1449 hours dispatch requested that I respond to a collision at 1004 SW 4th PI, in
the City of Renton, County of King, and State of Washington.The reporting party reported that a Home Depot
box truck had collided with a residence.
Upon my arrival I located a large Home Depot box truck in the driveway of 1012 SW 4th Pl.The truck appeared
to be stuck facing up a muddy unfinished driveway.The truck had a small part of its container resting on the
neighbor's house, specifically the west roofline.
I spoke with the driver, identified by his WADL as Deiler Rodriguez-Ramirez, and he explained he was at 1004
SW 4th PL to deliver a box. While reversing out from the driveway, he failed to notice how muddy it was and
began to slide sideways. When he stopped, he realized that the box of the truck had come to a rest on the
roofline of 1004 SW 4th PI.The vehicle also appeared to be leaning on the fence between the two addresses.
The truck was identified as a 2024 International MV607 bearing Washington plates D91618D.
The damage appeared minimal, but I attempted to contact the residents at 1004. Although the indoor lights
were on, no one answered.
I left my contact information and case number with the reporting party that lives at 1012 SW 4th Pl.The
resident stated he would provide the homeowners,Ashley Garbelman, my information.
No infractions were given.
