Narrative:
On 11.25.2025 at 2015 hours, I arrived at 2525 SE Edmonds CT, Renton, King County, WA after
contacting Windy Ho by phone regarding a hit and run report. The hit and run occurred on 11.25.2025
between 1600 and 2000 when Ms. Ho's vehicle was parked at 1620 Benson Rd S in the fire lane.
Ms. Ho's vehicle was parked near the leasing office at the north end of 1620 Benson RD S while they
moved into the complex. When they returned to her vehicle, they found that someone likely backed
into the driver's front quarter panel/bumper causing reportable damage.
contacted Windy W. Ho DOB/10.11.1990. Ms. Ho was identified by photo WADL. Ms. Ho was
advised that our contact was audio and visually recorded. I used my body cam to take video of the
damage to Ms. Ho's car. Ms. Ho's car is a silver 2015 Subaru Impreza Wagon WA/AXX4006. Ms.
Ho provided her registration and proof of insurance. Ms. Ho will contact her apartment complex to see
if there is video of the incident. She will advise me regardless of outcome. At this point, there is no
suspect information.
On 11.26.2025, 1 received an email with the contact information for the manager of the Altitude
Apartments.

I emailed Ms. Williams and advised that 1 would return to work on 11.28.2025 and could come
request video on that date if there was video of the incident. On. 11.28.2025, Ms. Williams emailed
me back to let me know that the incident was not captured on video. I recontacted the Ho family with
the results.
No suspect information.
This incident occurred in the City of Renton, King County, Washington unless otherwise specifically
noted. During this incident I was equipped with body-worn camera which records both audio and
video. Portions of the incident were recorded. This report is merely a summary of the incident and is
not intended to be an exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have been captured
with the recording system. During this incident 1 was wearing a department issued uniform jump suit
was marked with "Police" both on the back, and department patches on each shoulder of the
jumpsuit, as well as a Renton Police Velcro badge on my left chest. It would be immediately obvious
to any reasonable person that 1 was a Police Officer.
