SUBJECT: CLAIM CL54-87; FLOYD i BARBARA CHASE
The subject claim refers to damage that was done by a contractor, West
Coast Conr".ruction Company, while working on the reconstruction of
North First Street. After the water service was broken, the City's
water maintenance people were called and did the repair to the broken
water meter. The claimant did have to repair their own water line
between the meter and the house.
I believe that Mr, and Mrs. Chase have a just claim, but it should be "
referred to West Coast Construction Company.
