1-02.1 PRE-QUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS (Replacement Section)
"To be considered for bid award, all prospective bidders shall submit a
pre-qualification submittal package to the City Clerk's office by 2:30
p.m.. My 12, 1987. The pre-qualification submittals will be reviewed
by the Engineer and the City staff for conformance with the criteria,
and the experience and general capability of the proposed bidder to
complete the work proposed. All submitting parties will be notified
both by letter and by addendum whether they have been approved to submit
a bid on this project.
The City shall have the right to take all action necessary in determin-
ing the ability of the proposed bidder to perform the work satisfactori-

Refusal of the City to allow a potential bidder to cbmit a bid for this
project will be final.
The City may reject any bid that is submitted from a bidder that has not
been pre-qualified.•
