NOTICE OF NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
Vision House – Phase IV Mixed Use Building
You are invited to attend a public meeting on October 15th, 2025, held from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Location: Vision House, 450 Bremerton Ave NE Suite 100 in Renton, WA
**Please use the lobby entrance and follow the signs to the meeting room**
Project Description: The Vision House Phase IV development project proposes a 3-story mixed use building
with below ground parking. The upper 2 floors will consist of 28 apartment units that will range in size form 800sf
– 1100sf. The ground level will have a daycare that will be open to the public. There will also be office space and
program space for the benefit of the Vision House employees and tenants. Parking for residents and staff will be
located in the underground parking. There is surface parking located at the front and back of the building.
Vision House is a non-profit organization that provides transitional housing that helps break the cycle of
homelessness for families with children. This new building will be located on parcel 1023059086 which is located
behind the existing Vision House buildings at 450 Bremerton Ave NE. A Vicinity map is shown below. A site plan
is included with this meeting notice.
Meeting Info: The intent of this meeting is to facilitate an informal discussion between the project developer
and the neighbors regarding the project. While required by the City of Renton, this meeting is not conducted by
the City of Renton and is in addition to any future public hearing or public comment opportunities available
under City of Renton development review processes.
