The determination of fire-flow capability was based on the water system experiencing a maximum day demand, in accordance with the Insurance Services Office (IS0) criteria, which is used by the Washingtc Survey and Rating Bureau, the local rating company. However, the criterion that the largest s*Ingle source of supply is out of servii.e, due to failure, maintenance, contamination, etc. , was not used. The largest source of supply to this area is the City's Talbot Hill booster pump station. Further, it was assumed that the Rolling Hills reservoir was in operation with a draw-down of approximately 5 feet. Results of the analysis indicate that the available fire-flow capacity at the proposed development will be in excess of 2,500 gpm. This conclusion is supported by the results of the fire-flow analysis for the Country Hills Condominium Development which resulted in a fire-flow capacity of 3,600 gpm. 300 - 120th Avenue N.E.
