We have been asked to contact you regarding the pressure reducing valve which was installed in the Good Neighbor Center's water line last summer at your request. It is our understanding from your letter of June 9, 1982, that you are willing to repay U.G.N. 's expenses for this installation be- cause the water pressure was never increased. The expenditure for this work was $655.76 including W.S.S.T, (a copy of the paid invoice is attached) .
