(2) In the event that the repair or replacement of the Muni. cipality's sewer facilities necessitates that the water vault must be temporarily removed, the Municipality shall inform the owners who shall remove the vault within 3 days of such notification. In the event of an emergency, the Muni- cipality shall have the right to remove the water vault using care and caution to maintain water service to the existing improvements on the property. The owners shall have the obligation to replace the vault after the sewer repair or replacement 1s co;npleted. (3) Owners shall notify the Municipality at least 3 days before any work is done within the Metro easement.
