Temporary Water Service Agreement between the City of Renton
and Greater Renton Shopping Centers, Inc. is to assure that
the signatures of the individuals on behalf of the corporation
are authorized by the corporate documents.
I am able to certify of my own personal knowledge that
Gerard M. Shellan and Ray Heppenstall are the Secretary-
Treasurer and Vice-President, respectively, of Greater Renton
Shopping Centers, Inc. , and are authorized by the corporation
