The amount of leased land from the Renton Highlands Community Curch is
173,369 square feet. The system development costs for the water and sewer
will be paid during the construction phase of this project. The waterline
easement is forthcoming pending leise agreements with the church.

Gentlemen:
The Departnent is planning the installation of the Renton Highlands Park 6
Ride Lot for which water and sewer services are necessary,
You nay request reimbursement for your work on a lump sum basis or we will pay
the actual direct and indirect costs based on your estimate of cost. A detailed
estimate of cost and a preliminary sketch should be included.

tached sample, If construction costs are less than $2500 please delete the
