appurtenances.

Gentlemen:
The following is a proposal and Letter Agreement for the installation of
approximately 269 Linea. Feet of 8" Ductile Iron, CL 57, (TJ) watermain,
which includes the installation of one (I) fire hydrant assembly, one (1)
8" C.I . Tee and Valve (for future extension) as shown on W-730A.
This proposal also, inciudes all permanent asphalt restoration, all necessary
Pressure and purity tests and Other miscellaneous items necessary to make it
a complete installation.
The "Stallation shall be per AP41A Specifications, or as modified by the
City of Renton Special Provisions and Specifications.
It is also understood that I will deliver to the City prior to construction
a Performance Bond and Certificate of Insurance per Rent on's specifications.
The price per foot for the above installation is $33 14 for a total of
S8,914.66, plus sales tax.
If select trench backfill is required, an additional charge of $5.00 per
cubic yard would be charged the project.
If the above is acceptable, please acknowledge in the space provided below.
