Approval is hereby given for the discharge of treated wastewater from the 60 Minute Tune tenant space to the municipal sanitary sewer system subject to the folloting conditions: 1) No contaminated wash waters shall drain co the storm sewer system; 2) An Inspection tee shall be installed on the outlet line of the oil-water separator; 3) The oil-water separator sampling port or inspection tee on the outlet line shall be accessible to Metro personnel during normal workinghours; 4) The oil-water separator shall be properly maintained so that effluent from this structure does not exceed the Metro discharge limitation of 100 millgrams per liter-oil. This approval to discharge industrial effluent to the municipal sanitary sewer does not in any vav guarantee that the oil-water separator will function as described by its fabricator or manufacturer. Further, the approval does not relieve 60 Minute Tune or any subsequent operator of the responsibility to enlarge, modify or replace the etl-water separator to meet Metro discharge requirements.
