Survey and base maps by Oyler, L.S. are available. 2. Union Ave. N.E. from N.E. 17th St. to Sierra Hei hts Grade School. Replacement o is ting 2 ste exel watermall with new 2 ductile iron water- noins, new water services, and patch the road. Later work on Union Ave. N.E. will rebuild street. Survey and base maps by Oyler, L.S. are available. 3. Ponderosa Estates Watermain Service Changeover. Exchange water piping over In TiffanK Park area from WD #58 to Renton system. New 8" watermain tie-in on Edmonds Ave. S.E. and two Lake Youngs pipeline crossings. Seattle water pipeline R/W crossings must be reviewed by Seattle Water Department. A private property easement iS re-uired for one water tie- in. Survey and base maps by Arnett S Associates, not available yet. Ron Olsen should be able to put out to bid on his own these two projects: I. CBD 24" T•ansmission Main from Wells pl and 2 to Wells Ave. Bridge. 2. Raymond Ave. S.W. - 1-405 Freeway Crossing. After all these items are complete, there key 1985 projects that must be started to coordinate with associated street projects: 4. North Ist Street from Senior Center to Park Ave. North. Replace old fire hydrants with part-pumper connections and new copper water services. Rebuild old sanitary sewer system. Repipe layout with a new Metro connection, future stubouts to north and new side sewers to property line. Survey by City crews. To: Ron Olsen, et al - 2 - August 22, 1984 5. South 2nd St. and Burnett Ave. S. 2 watermain crossing of S. 2nd St. As a minimum, the 24" CBD watermain needs to he extended across S. 2nd St. before the State DDT overlays S. 2nd St. Plans are already laid uut by ST Engineers. This portion of the plan set must be bid. Coordinate with Paul Lumbert's new signal and WS00T. 6. Shattuck Ave. South 24" Sewer Re tacement from Tobin Ave. to S. 2nd St. Rep ace existing 2 t rough iqh sc oo site and one portion o sewer under S. 2nd St. Coordinate with Renton School District and WSDOT. No survey to date. 7. Tobin Ave. S. and Victoria Place S.M. Sewer Replacement froi Shattuck Ave S to Hardie Ave. S.W. Replace existing " and 8" sewers and Gustafson problem area and under Rainier Ave. S. Coordinate with WSOOT overlay of Rainier Ave. S. Replace side sewers to property lines. No survey to date. 8. East Kenny dale Sewer Extension from N.E. 27th St. to N.E. 24th St. - Azalea Pump cation, New 0 or anitary ewer. New sanitary sewer to be coordinated with new storm drain and Aberdeen Ave. N.E. Forward Thrust street improvements. Easement negotiation required. Survey and base mapping sent out to contract surveying. 9.
