The iatecomer agreements for water and storm sewer improvements
installed in conjunction with your development at Toe S.w. 13th
Street are complete and ready for your review and signature.
Please be informed that before the latecomer agreements can
he fully executed and signed by the Mayor, the City requires
A Rill of Sale and an as-built drawing be submitted for the
waterline installation.
The water latecomer was granted in the full amount of $9,105.00
and the latecomer agreement for the storm improvemert was reduced
by $3.263.50 for the on-sits work related to your project.
The final costs have been prorated between your property and
that of the adjacent property to the west.
