Dear Mr. Houghton:
Per my discussion with Mr. Ron Olson of May 23, 1985, I
enclose a form of commitment or undertaking by Corr-Pro
Associates which is offered in connection with a deferral
by the City of Renton . Icarning the installation of a
portion of a water line on the premises described in the
enclosure.
Corr-pro Associates is purchasing Lot 11 and will be
obtaining an option to purchase the adjoining Lot 10.
It is contemplated that the improvements on Lot 11 will
be expanded to the east onto Lot 10, should the option
be exercised. Accordingly, a deferral has been requested
and offered, in anticipation of the probable expansion of
the building at the site.
We understand that construction may be held up at the site
pending your acceptance of the enclosure. Accordingly,
we request your earliest attention to this matter.

RE: Deferral of Installation of Easterly Section of 12"
Water Line at Project Site
Corr-Pro Associates, a Washington Partnership, in recognition
of its receipt from the Department of Public Works of the City
of Renton of a deferral of the requirement, set forth in the
Comprehensive Plan, for the installatior of the easterly
section of a 12" water supply system along the easterly side
of said Lot 11 for a period of three (3) years, hereby z.grees
that unlers said deferrals shall he further extended at the
sole option of the City of Renton, Corr-Pro Associates,
deveioi ,r of the above-described property and project, will
immediately, following said deferral period cause the installa-
tion ano completion of said water line along said easterly
portion cf Lot 11, per the Comprehensive Plan.
Corr-Pro Associates shall provide the City of Penton with
appropriate guarantees or other assurances regarding the
performance of the foregoing commitment.
