In closing out some old files, we found your company was charged a Special
Utility Connection Charge for water in the amount of $2,376.63. under
Permit No. 6026, dated August 6, 1995.
This fee was collected !n error as Burlington Northern pre-paid the system
development fee for water when the railroad originally developed Burlington
Northern Orillia Ind. Park 1. Block 3 of this filet was subsequently re-
platted as the Koll Business Center. The railroad did not pre-pay the
development fee for sewer, however, and this fee was properly collected
in the same amount.
Please accept our apology for this oversight and our check in the amount of
$2,376.68.
