Subject: Water Installation at Renton Vocational Technical Institute
Water Project W-875
Ladies and Gentlemen:
Currently, a requirement for polywrap encasement of the watermain, was
required on the watermain for the above mentioned project. This was
either done by virtue of using an old Specification, or a direct require-
ment by this office.
In the field it was determined by the Inspector, Martin Lundy, that the
soil conditions did not warrant the installation of this polywrap encase-
ment. This requirement was removed from this Project per Mr. Lundy's
request.
