UTILITIES EASMNT AGREEMENT
This Utilities Easement hgreewnt Is entered Into by and between
Gurlingtto Northern Railroad Properties, Inc., a Delaware corporation,
by Glacier Park CO""). a Delaware corporation, its attorney in fact,
("Grantor') 9oeing Electronics Company, a division of the !being
Company, a Delaware corporation, (•lessee' . and The Cily of Renton,

Washington, a Washington municipal corporation, (•Grantee' ).
MNEREAS, the Grantor is the owner of Ihat certain parcel of land sore
fully described on Exhibit A•1 attached hereto and Mds a part hereof
!the 'land'); and
WHEREAS, Lessee holds a leasehold estate in the Land, pursuant to a
lease agreement dated July IC, )"S between Grantor and Lessee (the
Lease*); and
WHEREAS, Lessee, in order to facilitate Improved water service o its
Pr6Perty and improvements adjacent to the Land, desires that the
Grantor grant the Grantee an easement for a water pipeline across the
Land;
NOW 114REFORE, in consideration of the foregoing prises and the
covenants and agreements set forth herein, and in further
consideration of the payment of S1,000 by lessee to Grantor. Grantor
hereby grants, releases, end quitclaims to the Grantee, subject to the
terms and conditions set forth herein, an Easement for a water
Pipeline, and for no other Purpose, under tNe surface and across the
real property of Grantor in the County of t+ng, State of Washington,
described as foliuws (the 'Easement'):
a 15 foot strip, 7.5 feet each side of centerline more

pticularly described on Exhibit A-P attached and hereto and
made a part hereof.
'EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto Grantor, its successors and assigns all
coal, oil, gas, casinghead gas and all ore and minavals of every kind

full right, Privilege and license at any and all times to explore, and

for internal sanitary and working meads. The City of Manton
requires much water flow and the Sexing Company must obtain the
water flow In order to occupy the buildings. Th,• Uttlities
Resonant Agreement, however, is paragraph threw would require
the City of Renton as Grantee to rmebee the pipalise within 90
