Ron rejected Bill's offer of $8800 credit if City would do water connection work because of lack of available manpower. 3. Pre-construction meeting just for water main work will be held after water main subcontrazt is awarded. Representatives of all utilities should be present to coordinate the work. 4. Bill submitted for review alternative light fixtures to the stack lights specified. Approval or rejection required by next Tuesday's meeting. 5. Bill submitted memos GQ-1 through GQ-12. Comments required ASAP on rebar questions, as steel has already been ordered. 6. Clark and Dan agreed with Bill's recommendation to delete insulation over the ceiling light fixtures because heat dissipation rather than heat retention is desired at the light fixtures. Possible reuse and extension of existing support stems at the stack lights was discussed. 7. The City of Renton will contract independently with an asbestos removal contractor to remove asbestos. Parke Construction will try to uncover areas where It exists so that the City can remove it. Parks will do no asbestos removal work. 8.
