Six sets of plans are to be sent to Ron Olson, City cf Renton. Three sets of plans are to be sent to the City of Renton Building Department. All sanitary Sewer lines to be built to pubiic standards. The City requested that the sanitary sewer, which projected onto Lot 7, btcome private. All sanitary sewer to be PVC ASTM 3034 SDR 35. It is the policy of the City to T.V. sewers before final acceptance. Assessed cost for sanitary sewer will be $0.04/sq. ft. for the entire property. Sewer Permit will be 2% of the cost of construction of sewer, including the private portion. Each side sewer will be assessed S50.00. Existing hydrants are too close to the building. They will be relocated per Fire Department's recommendation. Wall indicator valves will be allowed as an alternate to post indicator valves due to the proximity of the building to the road.
