Thank you for signing the seven water meter applications for Longacres, as :c_
referenced above. We are now able to set up the accounts for each individual
meter, and Longacres will subsequently be hilted $3.00 per month per inch of fire
meter size for each meter. --i
As part of the Contractor-installed meter installation, it is the Contractor's
responsibility to supply the meter make and serial number for each fire service.
We have never received this meter information. Please provide us with this data at
your earliest convenience so we can bring this project to a close.

"Grantor", and the CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation of King County,
Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee".

8 That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $0.00 paid by

bargain, sell , convey, and warrant unto the said Grantee, its succe555ors
and assigns, an easement for public utilities (including water and sewer) t

Said heretofore mentioned Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall `fs

may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the
purpose of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering, or
reconstructing said utilities, or making any connections therewith, without -
incurring any legal obligations or liabi�ity therefore, provided, that such 1�
construction, maintaining, repairing, altering, or reconstruction of said
utilities shall he accomplished in such a manner that the private
improvements existing in the right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
immed'ately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises, -i

does not irterfere with installation and maintenance of she utilities. .'.4
However, the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under,
or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utilities.
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be
binding on the Grantor, his successors, heirs, and assigns. Grantnrs
Covenant that they are the lawful owners of the above properties and that
they have a good and lawful right to execute this agreement.

Dear Mr. Taylor:
On behalf of Longacres, Frank Postlewaite of RH2 Engineering, has submitted a revised
12" Water Transmission Pipeline Easement for execution by Longacres officials.
We have review the legal description in this office and find it to be satisfactory It was
necessary to enlarge the easement areas around the fire detector/check vaults. if yru
have any questions, I refer you to Mr. Postlewaite at(206) 453-0241 for further
explanation.

You will find enclosed the original easement. Please have Longacres officials sign the
easement before a Notary Public nd return this original to me for recording with King
County. A recorded copy will be sent to you for your records.
