Pursuant to your telephone conversation with our Mr. Scott Haas, we will be providing
the City with as-built information for the existing 8" water main on the Shurgard
Self-Storage site at 3600 E. Valley Hwy. It is our understanding, the survey must be
completed prior to issuance-6y t e ity of a Certificate of Occupancy but that our
Building Permit can be issued.
We are in the process of selecting a firm to provide these services. When this has
been done, we will have them work with your office as we understand you will furnish
the pipe detector and a City employee to assist in locating the pipe in question.
We appreciate your assistance in this matter. If we can answer any further questions
regarding this survey please feel free to call either Scott Haas or myself.
