Subject: 8" Water Meter Bypass
Reference: Telephone Conversation Between, Ron Olson, City of Renton and
Greg Karalus of Boeing, December 22, 1986
Dear Mr. Olson,
Per the referenced telephone conversation, please proceed with the bypass
around the 8-inch water meter located at 8th and Garden S` reets, and serving
Buildings 10-60 and 10-65. The following is understood; there will be no
interruption of water service. If a problem developer requiring an interruption
of water service, the interruption will be delayed until 4:00 P.M. The tie-in
of the bypass will be worked on December 30, 1986.
The work should be billed to The Boeing Company, Attention: Clyde R. Cherberg,
Mail Stop 62-15 on a time and material basis. Total cost is estimated at $2,500.
Overtime is authorized for wort: after 4:00 P.M. to meet the requirement stated
above.
Please contact Sarath Kotelawala, extension 237-1013, if any problems
develop and to provide notif caticr, when the work will be taking place.
