That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 3,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., King County, Washington described as
follows:
COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of said subdivision; thence N 81°26'08" W along
the North line of said subdivision a distance of 561,01 feet to the POINT OF BE-
GINNING; thenc? S 2'33'52" W 25.00 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left
having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence Southeasterly, Easterly and Northeasterly
along said curve through a central angle of 172'49'10" an arc distance of 150.81 i
feet to a point of reverse curvature and the beginning of a curve to the right
having a radius of 30.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve through a
central angle of 82'49'10" an arc distance of 43.36 feet, thence N 2033,52" E

EASEMENT
GRANTORS, Henderson Homes, Inc.
for and in consi erat on o ne o ar .00 an of er valuab e
considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grants
and conveys to GRANTEE, THE CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation,
an easement and right-of-way, over., across, along, through and
under the following described property situated in King County,
Washington, to wit:
The East 360.89 feet of the North 10 feet of the Northwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 3, Township 23 North, Range 5 East,
W.M., King County, Washington, except the east 165.3 feet thereof.
For the purpose of constructing, installing, reconstructing,
replacing, repairing, maintaining and operating a sewer pipeline
and lines and all necessary connections and appurtenances thereto,
together with the right of ingrevs thereto and egress therefrom
for the purpose of enjoying the easement, and :ls•i granting the
Grantee and to those acting under or for the Grantee the use of
such additional area immediately adjacent to the above easement
as shall be required for the construction of the sewer pipeline
or lines in the easement, such additional area to be held to a
minimum necessary for that purpose, and mmediately after
completion of the construction and installation, or any subsequent
entry upon the easement, Grantee shall restore the premises as
near as may be to its condition immediately before such construc-
tion or entry.
