Upon submittal of the as-built waterline plan, a print will be given to the City's project inspector and he will verify in the field if the as-built plan reflects the as-built location of the waterline. A, under our Project Ws W-979 and S-486. The City requires that all existing utility easements be shown on the short plat prior to recording the Plat with King County. The water line easement has been fully executed uy First City Washington, Inc. (copy attached), and is being held in the project file until the as-built waterline plan has been submitted. Upon submittal of the as-built waterline plan, a print will be given to the City's project inspector and he will verify in the field if the as-built plan reflects the as-built location of the waterline. Upon the inspector's approval of the as-built plan, the City will record the waterline easement. The sanitary sewer easement has not been received by the City. The sewer easement must be fully executed by the current owner of the property and include the easement legal description cad corresponding sketch, both stamped by a Cettified Engineer. The requirements for recording the sewer easement are the same as for the water easement. The sewe, as-built must first be received, reviewed and approved bcfore the sewer easement is recorded. 1 hope this explanation helps to clarify the City's position with regard to the Short Plat easement requi-ements. Since existing water and sanitary sewer mains are in place and functioning within designated easement areas, upon recording of the easement documents, these easements must be shown on the face of the Short Plat. The existing fire hydrant along S.W. 7th Avenue West of the existing curb cut is to be relocated to a location closer to the curb cut. The detector check vault will be located along Oakesdale West of Building "A". A fire hydrant will also be placed at this location in a landscape island near Building "A" A third fire hydrant will be located in a landscape island southwest of Building "A" This third hydrant will he fed by a 10" line which loops between Oakesdale and the waterline in the easement east of Building "A". This loop will feed future hydrants serving Building "B", The remaining hydrants and detector check vault serving building "a" will be fed from the nearest existirg 10" stub in the water line easement.
