Overhead arrow board shall be utilized on Sunset Blvd. N.E. - Work hours shall be limited to 8:30 to 3:30 on Sunset Blvd. N.E. Sweep and flush street daily and as required. Fire Dcoartms3lf A hard surface access through the site shall be maintained at all times for emergency vehicles. ,- New hydrants shall be covered with burlap bags until operational. - Hydrotest of the sprinkler line will be a 2 hour test at -10 psi. 24 hour notice prior to test. If temporary above ground fuel tanks are to be stored onsite, contractor shall obtain a permit from Fire Prevention. No framing or wood storage for work above foundation prior to acceptance of new hydrants. Storm Water Utility - Prior to starting any onsite clearing and grubbing or utility work contractor shall install TESCP per approved plans and as directed by City Inspector. - Pipe will be CMP treatment 1 bedded in pea gravel to springline. - Access risen for detention shall be at a maximum of 100' separation. - Native backfill shall be allowed if deemed suitable by City Inspector. If not suitable, select backfill shall be utilized. - Oil/water separator shall be adjusted to finish grade utilizing I or 2 foot risers. $Unary Sewer - Priy2 a sewer installation with cleanouts. MH can be saddled if existing concrete main T.V, tape will not be required. New line will be air or water tested. Water Utility - Pipe material shall be ductile iron class 52. - Construction staking shall be performed by a licensed survey crew. Any deviation from staking shall be noted by the contractor and the contractor shall notify the surveyor to as built the deviation. - Native backfill material can be utilized if determined suitable by the inspector. If not, select backfill shall be utilized. - Contractor shall form thrust blocks and leave uncovered until inspected by City. Concrete shall not be "ready mix" type. - Hydrants shall be Corey type conforming to AWWA C-504-80. Pipecleaning shall be by polypigging through vertical crosses. - Pressure test shall be a 2 hour test at 150 psi and static with a maximum 5 psi allowable loss. - Chlorination shall be by injection of liquid chlorine at 50 ppm, 24 hour retention, 25 ppm after 24 hours. DCVA, chlorine pump. 12.5% liquid chlorine and hydrant meter are available at city shop. - Flushing of water main shall be into sanitary sewer only. Connection to existing main shall be by City crew only. Contractor shall excavate trench, shore, and furnish all materials. Final acceptance shall be after as builting, final walk through inspection and adiustment of all structures is complete and satisfactory to the City. Pavine and Concrete Work - - Compaction requirements in roadway is 95%, 90% for remaining site. - Minimum onsite roadway section shall be 2' AC on 4" crushed rock. - Proctors and density testing shall be coordinated through City Inspector. Fire Department - A hard surface access through the site shall be maintained at all times for emergency vehicles. - New hydrants .hall be covered with burlap bags until operational. - Hydrotest of the sprinkler line will be a 2 hour test at 200 psi. 24 hour notice prior to test. If temporary above ground fuel tanks are to be stored onsite, contractor shall obtain a permit from Fire Prevention. - No framing or wood storage for work above foundation prior to acceptance of new hydrants. Storm Water Utility - Prior to starting any onsite clearing and grubbing or utility work contractor shall install T£SCP per approved plans and as directed by City Inspector. - Pipe will be CMP treatment I bedded in pea gravel to springline. - Access risers for detention shall be at a maximum of too' separation. Native backfill shall be allowed if deemed suitable by City Inspector. If not suitable, select backfill shall be utilized. - Oil/water separator shall be adjusted to finish grade utilizing 1 or 2 foot risers. Sanitary Sewer Private sewer installation with cleanouts. MH can be saddled if existing concrete main T.V. tape will not be required. New line will be air or water tested. Water Utility - Pipe material shall be ductile iron class 52. - Construction staking shall be performed by a licensed survey crew. Any deviation from staking shall be noted by the contractor and the contractor shall notify the surveyor to as built the deviation. •ive backfill material can be utilized if determined suitable by the inspector. If select backfill shall be utilized. Contractor shall form thrust blocks and leave uncovered until inspected by City. Concrete shall not be "ready mix' type. Hydrants shall be Corey type conforming to AWWA C-504-80. Pipecleaning shall be by polypigging through vertical crosses. Pressure test shall be a 2 hour test at 150 psi and static with a maximum 5 psi allowable loss. Chlorination shall be by injection of liquid chlorine at 50 ppm, 24 hour retention, 25 ppm after 24 hours. DCVA, chlorine pump, 12.5% liquid chlorine and hydrant meter are available at city shop. Flushing of water main shall be into sanitary sewer only. Conaection to existing main shall be by City crew only. Contractor shall excavate trench, shore, and furnish all materials. Final acceptance shall be after as builting, final walk through inspection and adjustmet:, of all structures is complete and satisfactory to the City. Paving and Concrete Work Compaction requirements in roadway is 95%, 90% for remaining site. Minimum onsite roadway section shall be 2" AC on 4' crushed rock. - Procter -id density testing shall be coordinated through City Inspectoi.
