The easement document dons 1 snake reference to an Exhibit A,but there is no Exhibit A attached. It is not clear what Exhibit A ' is-it could be a legal description or a sketch of the easement. The sketch which is attached to the easement document is not a substitute for a legal description. In fact, the sketch as shown gives no information at all about where this easement is located. Purpose. Renton shall have the right of access to maintain, repair and inspect the vault housing the double detector check valve assembly located in the Easement Area. 2. Compliance with Laws and Rules. Renton shall at all times exercise its rights herein in accordance with the requirements (as from time to time amended) .and all 't applicable statutes, orders, rules an,: regulation of any public authority having jurisdiction. 3. Renton's Use and Activities. Renton shall exercise its rights under this Agreement so as to minimize, and avoid if reasonably possible, interference with Grantor',. use of the Property and Easement Area as set forth in Paragraph 4, herein. 4. Grantor's Use of the Property and Access by Gxa1l=- "' Grantor reserves the right to use the Easement Area for any purpose not inconsistent with the rights herein grented. Renton shall make provisions satisfactory to Grantor for continued access by Grantor along, over and across the Easement Area during periods in which Renton is is conducting activities. In the event of an emergency requiring immediate action by Renton and or Grantor for the protection of its facilities or other persons or property, Renton and or Grantor may ' take such action upon such notice to Renton and or Grantor as is reasonable under the circumstances. }s.t` t; 5. Abandonment. A vault to house a detector double check valve assembly is required for access by the City of Renton Public Works personnel. Due to the widening of Park Avenue, this vault must now be located closer to the structure on Boeing property. Please be informed that it is the intent of The Boeing Company to dedicate to the City of Renton, a 22' X 32' easement for access to this vault. With this letter of intent the Boeing Company asks the City of Renton to review this matter and permit the installation of the vault pending legal conclusion of this issue. T G.
