Dear Chairman Clymer and Committee Members:
The Public Works Department recommends the approval of the latecomer agreement for
Lincoln Woodcliffe Limited Partnership for water main improvements installed under
Water Project W-694.
The agreement is now in the typing stage. Upon ac-eptance of my recommendation by
your committee and the completion of the agreement, l will have the developer sign the
agreement and forward it to the Mayor and City Clerk for final execution.

The Utilities Committee concurs in the recommendation of th .'ublic Works

Further, upon receipt of the completed agreement which will be signed by the
developer, Committee recommends that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign
the agreement.
