Pumps and catch basins 019 and 010: there is concern that an intense storm could cause ponding due to the capacity of the pumps. An element of the design of the pumps, because of the sizing, is to allow some degree of surcharge in the truck docks. A hold harmless agreement will be drawn up later for signaturee, to hold the City harmless in case there is inconvenience because of puddling in the truck docks. WAJ= 1. Water utilities would like to add stub and easement to west property line.
