It should be noted that these mylars are not of very high quality, but they are the best tnat could be made from the originals provided. At the request of the City of Renton thA "As-builts" were made by striking out erroneous notations and adding new information without erasing. These drawings should be submitted to the City for their review and approval. Also attached are the three exhibits for the water line easement which have been revised to reflect the record location of the water line. It will be necessary for the owner t', fi'e a revised easement including these exhibits to supersede the erroneous easement presently on file. I would suggest that the draft easement be submitted to the City for their review and approval before attempting to file it with the County. Our billing for the engineering and surveying services required to accomplish the above work through this date is provided for your review. Please forward to the owner for payment.
