(DEVELOPER INSIALL�D STUBS)
A developer will be granted a credit of 60% of the current 3/4" water service cost
for Installing the stub portion of the water service when he makes a meter appllca-
tion. This crrjit Is based on a portion of Ordinance 13056, City of Renton,
Washington, which amends Chapter 2 of Title III (Departments) of Ordinance 11628
entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" pertalning to the Water
Department, relating to charges, Installations, fees and procedures.
Section 3-206, Subsection (F) as amended:
(F) Whenever it is deemed prudent, in case of a now development
of subdivision, to install the service from the main to the
property 14-te, hereinafter referred to as "stub service"
prior to nospletion of street construction, the City will
provide such service for sixty percent (60%) of the then
current installation oost for such service. At such time
that meter installation is requested, the remaining balance
of the then current rate shall be collected and paid for by
such developer or sub-divider.

THIS INSTRUMENT is by and between CONNER DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation of King County, Washington,

WITNESSETH:
Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of. $10.00 paid
by Grantee, and other valuable consideration do by these presents,
grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant unto Grantee, its
successors and assigns, an easement for a public water main with
necessary appurtenances over, under, through, across and upon the
following described property in King County, Washington, more

of the North half of the North half of the Northwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 29, Township 23 North,

Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have the right,
without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the
purpose of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or
reconstructing said water main without incurring any legal obliga-

maintaining, repairing, or altering of said water system shall be
accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements exist-
