I talked with Ron Nelson two days ago and I told Ron that the status on the construction was that the water line was down 12 feet in r roupl= of locations and the engineer needs to review the elevations. Because the weather has teen c3 wet the company doing the water line felt it would be better to wait until the ground dries jut before going ahead. Because I have been negotiating with several other tenants for other ;orations on the property, Ron Olsen suggested that we add a sewer easement that would sec vice the entire property. As soon as the tenant question can be answered, we will have the sewer easement drawn up and change the water line. We can then commence construction. I have also ordered and purchased the water taps which took quite awhile to obtain. I anticipate that these problems will be taken care of soon.
