The back flo device checked out OK, but the one test cock was facing in the dirt and the valve was turned up side down so the serial no. could not be read. 1 requested them to change it, but after 3 visits to the sight they still did not change it to A proper position. 1 thought you might like to knuw because it may be A problem to inspect on an annual basis.
