TM Honorable Mkyor Joe R. Bex tor,
And City Council
F. Renton, Washington
Oertlemen:
Construction of M residence on 87th Avenue Swth has
been halted due to a question of the sideyard set-back adjacent
to South 131st Street. The structure was plotted with reference
to ny lot lines in the N. H. LATTMH LAKE WASHINGTON PLAT, and
the required sideyard set-back of ten (10) feet was thus estab-
lished. The Building Inspector points out, however, that when
referenced from established points in the adjacent SUNMOLM FLAT,
the set-back measures only two (2) feet instead of ten (1C) feet.
• I am advised by Mr. Kenneth Oyler, the engineer who
surveyed the SUNIHOUt PLAT, that survey points contained there-
in are not compatible with the LATTM'R FLAT, and if used as
refen noes thereto, will result in deficiencies as above not,f.
Fending resolution of discrepancies between the two
plats, I an asking a waiver of the sideyard set-back require-
. went. It is respectfully requested that the Building Inspector
be authorized to approve the present set-back, so that construc-
tion may continue.
Yours truly, 4
