construction of its facilities,Grantee may from time to time construct such additional facilities as it may
require. This easement is granted subject in the following terms and conditions:
1. The Grantee slug,upon completion of any work within the property covered by the casement,
restore the surface of the easement,and any private improvements disturbed or destroyed during
execution of the work,as nearly as practicable to the condition they were ill immediately before
commencement of the work or entry by the Grantee.
2. Grantor shag retain the right to use the surface of the easement as long as such use does not
interfere with the easement rights granted to the Grantee. Grantor shag not,however,have the right to,
a. Erect or maintain any buildings or structures within the easement;or
b. Plant trees,shrubs or vegetation having deep root patterns which may cause damage to or

I have reviewed your submitted drawing regarding the above-referenced project and have
the following comments. Please address these comments and resubmit the plan.

The submitted plan does not meet the City of Renton Drafting Standards.
A copy of the drafting standards Is attached for your use. -
Water Plan Revi V_Commants1
Install a 6" x 6" toe and 6 inch gate valve at the connection to the existing
6-inch water line on Wells Avenue South. A size on-size tap is not allowed.
Install a 6" flanged tee and flanged 90 degree bend on the south side of
the DDCVA.
See the attached red lined plan review check print for other comments. Please return the
told-lined print with the next submittal of the revised plan.
A 15-foot wide easement to the City of Renton is required for the portion of Jhs water line
from the property line to the vault and 5 feet around the vault.
