SUBJECT: HARRIS PLAT UTILITY COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE OF
UTILITIES REQUIREMENTS (RSW 20401 C940181
Dear Mr. Harris:
The purpose of this letter is to let you know the items that the City will require prior
to Public Works acceptance of the above-subject project.
As-Built concarnew
I will be looking to insure that the civil drawings ace-irately reflect the construction
activity. The civil drawings also need to show all atermain, sanitary sewer and
storm drainage systems easements which shall be .,unsistent with the As-Built
location of the utility. As-Built drawings shall be prepared (on the original approved
mylars) and stamped by a PE or PLS and the words As-Built visible (minimum 1/2"
high lettering) by the stamp. If the engineer or land surveyor who did the As-Built is
different from the design engineer, then the drawings need to be stamped again and
labeled As-Built.
Submit two sets of bluelines to this office once all of the above been addressed.
Construction Cost Data concerns:
The owner of the development or authorized agent shall supply the installed cost for
the Water System, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Drainage Systems and street
improvements on the enclosed Cost Data and Inventory Form and sign at the
bottom. Return the original form to this office.
The enclosed Bill of Sale is to reflect the items and quantities as shown on the Cost
Data and Inventory form. Retunt the original form to this office.
A maintenance bond is required in the amount of 10% of the grand total of the
water, sower, storm street, and street lighting costs as shown on the Cost Data
Inventory Form. A standard City of Renton maintenance bond is attached.

bond, of the above documentation and final sign-off by the inspector. The
