The following documents are enclosed. A Bill of Sele for the water main improvements, which requires a notarized signature. A Cost-Data Inventory sheet which requires a signature only. The cost of the improvements were taken from the estimated cost of the water mains which were submitted by Dowl Engineers for the Issuance of the permit.
