easement for the portion of our 12"high pressure water lin, that was relocated
due to the conflict with Mr.Ron Lien's hF igar at the Renton Municipal Airport.
Our only comment is in regard to the attached sketch which you submitted.
The sketch indicated a 10'easement This should be corrected to indicate 15'
which will match the legal description.
Please make dte change indicated above,process it through the City for
signatures and return it to us for final sign off

THIS INSTRUMENT, made this day of 1993.
by and between The CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation of King County. Washingil
hereinafter called "Grantor, and The BOEING COMPANY by and through its division BOEI on
COMMERCIAL!IRPLANE GROUP, hereinafter called"Grantee' ,.
That said Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of¢One dollar and no/1-09
paid by Grantee,and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby scanrnNedged, does
by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant unto the said Grantee, its
successors and assigns, a perpetual easement for a water line for domestic and fire protection,
with necessary appurtenances, over, under, through, across and upon the following described
Property(the right-of-way!in King County, Washington, more particularly desenbed as follows:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT'A'
For the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, Installing, repairing, replacing, operating and -
maintaining a water line for domestic and fire protection, together with the right of Ingress and
egress thereto without onor Institution of any suit or proceedings of law and without mcumng any
legal obligation or liability therefore. This easement is granted subject to the following terms and
conditions.
1. The Grantee shall, upon completion of any wore within the property covered by the
easement, restore the surface of the easement, and any private improvements disturbed or
destroyed during execution of the work, as nearty as practicable to the condition they were in
immediately before commencement of the work or entry by the Grantee.
2. Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of the easement as long as such use does
not interfere with the easement rights granted to Grantee. Grantor stall not, however have the
right to
i
a. Erect or maintain any buildings or structures within the r as anent or
b. Plant frees, shrubs or vegetation having deep root patterns which may cause damage to
or interfere with the water line to be placed within the easement ame by the Grantee, or
c. Develop, landscape, or beautify the easement area in any way which would
unreasonably Increase the costs to the Grantee of restoring the easement area and any private
improvements therein,
d. Dig, tunnel or perform other forms of conshuct.on activities that shall be.done on the
Property which would disturb the compaction or unearth Grantee's facilities on the right-of-way, or
endanger the lateral support facilities;
e. Blast with,fifteen(15)feet of the right-of-way.
This easement shall run with the lard described herein, and shall be binding upon the parties, their
heirs, successors in Interest and assigns. Grantors Covenant that they are the lawful owners of the
above properties and they have a good am lawful nght to execute this agreement.
