The following arc our review comments: Sheets C 18 and C 19: The stationing and offset information is missing from the call-outs for the major work items[Reference Supplemental Specification 1.05.5(5)1. Sheet C I8. Tvo gate valves arc not shown. See the attached annotated copy of the prelimman as- builts. Sheet C20 was not provided to us for review. Sheet C43 was not provided to us for review. While field checking the as-builts we noticed a large washout near the water rain near"Building D". Also, the slope of the adjacent storm water detention pond appears to be sl wghing o8. The Water Maintenance Shop has valved off the main in this arcs. After the eroded areas hate been repaired the main in this area should be retested for pressure.
