11+03.All pipe is poly wrapped as require.Also began form work for concrete retaining wall
inside the tract"A"holding pond(east side).This is in lieu of a rockery.1 was given the plans for
wall construction and gave them to pain review(this a!m)for approval.

Construction installed two new valve boxes and backfilled 12th St,with inplace material
(gravelly sand)and 12 inch of cashed aggr.base course,per my direction.
