Concrete for thrust blocks shall be delivered to the lob. No an-site mixes are allovwd. All blocking must be inspected before backfilling. g. All watermains shall be polywrapped. 4. Recycled concrete may be used in lieu of crushed rock backfill. Pit run type material may be considered for use in backfill by the construction inspector. Compaction testing may be required. 5.
