SUBJECT: RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT
By verbal agreement with Spider Staging Corporation of Kent,WA,we agreed to rent one Spider
Air,one Flydeck 36"Demount,and one transfer chain,with rent to begin on October 11, 1996.
In addition,we notified your personnel that a second Spider Air and Flydeck 36"Demount was
left inside our Highlands Elevated Reservoir by the previous renter and that Spider Staging
Corporation was welcome to pickup this equipment at its convenience.
1 On January 30, 1997,we notified you to terminate our rental agreerr it. See termination#0120.
We have recently received three invoices: #7010749-000,#7010750-000,and#7011014-000, in
which we are charged for the rent of two Spider Airs, two Flydeck 36" Demounts and one
transfer chain. These charges are not as per our agreement.
Please send us an invoice for the rent of one Spider Air, one Flydeck 36' Demount, and one
Transfer Chain for the period of October 11,1996-January 30, 1097.
Upon receipt of this invoice,we will pay you for all charges due as per our agreement.

The uty of Renton Water Utility will be applying a new protective coating to the interior of the
Highlands Elevated Water Reservoir. The Highlands Elevated Waxer Reservoir is the large water
tower located in your neighborhood. In addition to recoating the interior of the reservoir,we will
be constructing a safety platform on the exterior of the reservoir
Work will begin the last week of June and continue through the first week of August. Normal
working hours will be Monday through Friday 7 AM to 6 PM.
There will be a two week period when we will work from 7 AM to 10 PM. During this period

COMMENTS: Some work done on force account. No change orders. Did a good job and finished
on time.
PROJECT: Anacortes Wastewater Treatment Plant.Anacones WA., 1992(?)

NATURE OF WORK: Coated concrete clarifiers at waste water treatment plant, $350.000- `*

COMMENTS: Did good work. Completed on time. No apparent money problems. Pays attention _
to business. Is responsive. Coating fell of screw pump because the time between applications was
too great. Was not caused by poor application. Venture would consider using them on other
projects.
PROJECT: Steel Bridge over the Green River Gorge,King County,WA., 1991.1992.

NATURE OF WORK: Painting contractor on a steel bridge rehabilitation project.
COMMENTS: Difficult project. Crew did O.K. Came in on schedule. Company seemed to be on
