Time Extension
Gentlemen:
You are hereby granted and extension of time on the referenced
contract until January 27, 1984,
Please be advised that any further delay in completion of the
refer iced contract will result in a penalty being assessed in
accordance with the contract specifications.
Reference is made to a letter from this office dated November 23,
1983 regarding waste sites. You are again reminded that before
acceptance of the project by the City, a permit most be obtained
by the Contractor, or the property owner for the fi' sites. All
fill sites must be graded and hydroseeded. A lettE, is required
stating that the property has been left in a satisfactory condi-
tion.
